We are super excited to have received Barry the Beetle 🙂 Loved your craftsmanship and the whole package!
Neha Bharadwaj –
Little Barry was especially special because it was crafted by two people who came together – reaching across time and distance ….
But with true recognition for each other’s strengths….
Giving space for something new to be born…..
And the story and the crafted creatures brought joy to many little children!
Praveena Shivram –
Sowmya’s Barry Beetle is one of those rare things of beauty that is a delight for both parent and child. For me, the connection to the project was about harbouring inclusivity, but for my children, who don’t function with such labels, it was the joy of discovering a story with endless possibilities, that might be contained in a box but always took them out of boxes (and labels) that we live with.
